Top ten international destinations are : Canada, China, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Singapore, Taiwan, UK, USA.
Top ten per minute rates and call caps apply only to calls terminating on a fixed line service in the destination countries. Different rates apply for calls terminating on an overseas mobile service in those countries.
Price of capped calls fixed at applicable rate until cap duration is reached after which calls revert to standard per minute rate
Change of billing options from e-mail to paper bill will result in loss of chosen bonus option from the date the change is made
Cancellation of direct debit will result in loss of chosen bonus option from the date of cancellation.
